The compressed-air ejection system is optimized for precise sorting, aided by a return conveyor belt. Fruit is carefully processed on a soft, easy-to-clean sheet, and directed to discharge via inclined planes or conveyor belts.

Advanced computer technology

Equipped with a powerful computer system, this grading machine uses plastic diabolos to turn the cherries under full HD+ cameras to analyze their entire surface. The bi-directional rotation process enhances analysis accuracy. The dedicated Windows-based software offers a user-friendly interface with real-time access to images, calibration values, statistics and reports.

A customizable screen lets you precisely define the defects to be eliminated and choose from a library of pre-set programs. IT support is available via the Internet, with assistance from France and the Netherlands.
